In mobility, people’s abilities are sometimes overrated, just as often as their needs are underrated. It is all about not to lose sight of human beings, as users and creators of the system.

It is an illusion to expect that everyone will always dutifully adheres to the rules or that high-tech can enforce social behavior. People are not infallible, have emotions, are inventive and explore boundaries.

Hence our vision starts from the capabilities and limitations of people and their need to be mobile.
